My Story Begins...

I graduated from
James Madison University

While in college, I worked as an Operations Supervisor for University Recreation overseeing nearly 300 student staff. As a certified first responder, I was trained to think fast on my feet and problem solve strategically. This is where I began freelancing videography services and produced a featured length film, Six Things I Know About You. The 96-minute film went on to premiere at the Broadcast Education Association Festival.

I graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree and began full-time employment two weeks later.

I became the video producer & editor for GKIC, Glazer-Kennedy Insider's Circle.

GKIC, formerly known as Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle, was established to level the playing field and provide a resource to ensure that the digital marketing efforts of the entrepreneurial small business owner are engaging and designed to attract traffic. BUT more importantly, are structured to CONVERT visitors into LEADS and Leads into CUSTOMERS.

As their videographer & editor, I produced a weekly Web-TV show called, “NO B.S. Live TV” with marketing copywriter and consultant Bill Glazer at the helm. This YouTube show profited the company over $1 Million in less than 278 days.

But as the company grew more successful...

Investors became interested and purchased the company, so I went to work for Apple.

Working For Apple

I was certified as an Apple Technician and held the role of “Family Room Specialist” working at the Genius Bar to repair iPhones & iPads. We also occasionally taught video & photo editing to one-on-one clients.

After one year, I decided to leave my job and chase my passion of becoming a full-time visual storyteller.

And so, ZMBmedia was born.

Now that you know my story...
