In order to ensure we are offering the best solutions possible, we will review your business objectives, goals, and what makes you unique. We ask all of our prospective clients questions to make sure we learn as much about you as possible. Here’s why we can’t quote right away – think about it like asking for a price before ordering dinner… We don’t want to bill you for the filet mignon if you only end up ordering an appetizer.
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT.
We’ll hop on a phone call to talk about some ideas and brainstorm the most effective strategy for you. This is where we discuss your budget, creative preferences and final outcomes.
As a team we will find the best solution for your project. A good plan is key to keeping costs down, and effectively utilizing resources. After mapping things out, it allows us to generate expected checkpoints during process.
After agreeing on a proposal, signing a contract and paying a 50% deposit, we will nail down filming dates, iron out any details before filming and start the production process. This is where we finalize interview questions, scripts and filming plans.
5. LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION
Production day has finally arrived! This might mean filming in our Owings Mills studio but often times can be filming on site. We bring on our team members on an as-needed basis to fulfill the roles necessary for the success of your project.
After filming has completed we enter the editing room and meticulously craft your video. We review all of the footage captured in production, label and organize the golden nuggets and then piece together the storyline. In this phase we may send you a draft for review or a transcription of the content so that you can provide us with your unique touch.
After editing and revisions are completed, you’re ready for lift-off! In most cases, we’ll provide you with a Google Drive or Dropbox download link that will stay available for 30 days. We’ll provide you with some easy-to-follow instructions for uploading your video to the necessary locations as well as some pointers for getting the most eyeballs on your final product.
